Progettata e ingegnerizzata da Wacaco, Prestina combina l’estrazione per immersione con una delicata estrazione assistita da pressione per produrre un caffè ricco e corposo con straordinaria facilità.
Al centro di Prestina c’è un sistema brevettato di pressione guidata dalla tazza. Basta aggiungere il caffè, versare acqua calda, mescolare, attendere brevemente e premere. Durante l’immersione, una valvola a becco d’anatra integrata trattiene l’acqua nella camera di estrazione, favorendo lo sviluppo degli aromi prima dell’estrazione. Quando si applica pressione, la valvola si apre progressivamente, permettendo al caffè di fluire nella tazza sottostante. Nessun pistone, nessuna tecnica complicata—solo un rituale di estrazione semplice che garantisce risultati soddisfacenti.
Prestina è dotata di un filtro permanente in acciaio inox, eliminando la necessità di filtri di carta e permettendo agli oli e ai sapori naturali del caffè di passare.
