Orders fulfillment
Wacaco's policy is to ship either the following or the second working day after an order is received. When there is a large influx of orders, such as immediately following a new product announcement or during big sales events, the shipping may take a few extra days as we catch up.
Products are shipped from multiple fulfillment centers across the world (US, EU, CN) depending on stock availability. If you want to ensure the products will be shipped from a close location to your delivery address, please drop an email to support@wacaco.com prior to placing your order. Newly released and personalized products are shipped from the production site (CN).
If an order includes one product not in stock in one of our fulfillment centers (US, EU, UK, CA, MX), the order will be split and shipped from multiple locations, or the whole order will be shipped from the production site (CN).
VAT for e-commerce
Following the 2021 European VAT directives, all orders shipped to the EU are now subject to VAT.
Customs taxes
When Goods are being ordered, import duties and taxes may be incurred once they reach the country of destination. We are not responsible for such charges, and undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and we cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.
If import duties and taxes are incurred, you will not get your parcel until the charges are paid. If you don't pay, the parcel will be held by your local customs for around 3 weeks, and after that, if you still haven't paid, it will be returned to us, and we will have to pay these charges as well as an additional postage fee for the return. As the Goods will be returned to us, we will refund your order, but these import duties and taxes will be deducted from the order refund. Note that we are not responsible for the refund of any import duties and taxes your order may have incurred.
Wrong address
We will not be responsible for a wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information. Any reprocessed order will be charged an additional fee, USD 20.00 with standard shipping or USD 40.00 with express service, in case of incorrect shipping information provided. Those fees will be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled after having been shipped.
Shipping methods
We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.
Delivery time
The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection...we cannot be held responsible for third party delays. For international orders, please bear this in mind when choosing a less expensive carrier, since resolving any issue can be a long process.

Africa - Minimum 4 to 6 weeks to arrive at destination.
Asia - Minimum 2-3 weeks to arrive at destination.
Europe -Minimum 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at destination.
North America - Minimum 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at destination.
Central America - Minimum 3 to 4 weeks to arrive at destination.
South America - Minimum 4 to 6 weeks to arrive at destination.
Oceania - Minimum 2 to 3 weeks to arrive at destination.
Hong Kong/Macau - Minimum 3 to 5 days to arrive at destination.
Taiwan - Minimum 5 to 8 days to arrive at destination.
